5. Booking and Payments
When you book a flight through Skycenda:
- You agree to pay the total price displayed at checkout, including base fare, taxes, fees, and any selected extras
- The Skycenda discount is automatically applied and reflected in the final price
- Payment is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment system
- A booking confirmation will be sent to your provided email address
- You are responsible for ensuring all passenger information is accurate
6. Pricing
All prices on Skycenda are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes and fees. Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. The Skycenda 30% discount is applied automatically to all fares.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in our Refund Policy. Key points:
- 24-hour free cancellation on all bookings
- After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply
- Airline-initiated cancellations qualify for full refunds
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and travel information
- Comply with all airline rules, airport regulations, and immigration requirements
- Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa) are in order
- Arrive at the airport with sufficient time before departure
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

10. Limitation of Liability
Skycenda acts as an intermediary and is not the airline operator. We are not liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines
- Lost or damaged baggage
- Immigration or customs issues
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable booking.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, NY.
12. Modifications
Skycenda reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
